Hudson Walk One, a 16-storey, 178-suite rental mid-rise in downtown Victoria was positioned to define the local rental market. Featuring generous outdoor spaces, modern finishes, well-designed layouts, an amenity lounge, fully-equipped gym and doorstep access to the shops and services that are the heart and soul of the community. Building on the messaging of community we created a strong marketing campaign which encompassed branding, digital and print.
Hudson Walk One, fully leased in just over two months following its release, adding further vibrancy to Townline’s new downtown neighbourhood – Hudson District.
