It is the newest residential high-rise being added to Townline’s sough-after Hudson District — a popular, urban village-style neighbourhood in downtown Victoria, close to Old Town, Chinatown, and the city’s scenic Inner Harbour. Project requirements for Hudson Place One includes full spectrum brand development across identity development, marketing collateral, advertising, site signage, digital marketing, website development, and presentation centre design. The Hudson Place One brand focuses on refined urban luxury, incorporating modern and heritage aesthetics in a vibrant and energetic design.

Stuart and his team at Form did an outstanding job on the marketing of Hudson Place. The creative was strategic, engaging and highly effective.
